Who we are

Inoviq Ltd is a data and AI engineering consultancy registered in England and Wales under company number 17378439, with its registered office at Great Portland Street, London, W1.

For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Inoviq is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@inoviq.co.uk.

What we collect

We only collect personal data that you actively give us. Specifically:

  • Enquiry form — your name, work email address, company name, the service area you selected, and the content of your message.
  • Booking a consultation — our scheduling page embeds Cal.com, which collects your name, email address and any details you enter when booking. That data is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy as well as ours.
  • Server logs — our web server records IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and user-agent strings as part of normal operation and abuse prevention.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Why we process it, and on what basis

  • To respond to your enquiry — on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • To arrange and hold a consultation — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
  • To keep the site secure and working — on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and diagnosing faults.

Who else sees your data

We use a small number of processors to run this site. Each only receives what it needs:

  • Cal.com — scheduling and calendar booking.
  • Titan Mail — hosts our email and delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox.
  • Contabo — provides the server this website runs on.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Server logs are retained for 30 days. Where an enquiry becomes a client engagement, the relevant records are kept for as long as required by our contract and by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • ask us to erase your data, or restrict how we use it;
  • object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
  • receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email hello@inoviq.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The Cal.com booking embed may set cookies necessary for the scheduling widget to function when you visit the booking page. If you later add analytics, this section and a cookie banner will both need revisiting.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
