These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any consultancy work we carry out for you — that is covered by a separate written agreement, and where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence.

This site is operated by Inoviq Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17378439, registered office Great Portland Street, London, W1. By using the site you accept these terms.

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its infrastructure;
• introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt availability for other users;
• scrape or harvest content in bulk, or use automated systems to submit enquiries.

We may suspend access without notice if we reasonably believe you are doing any of the above.

Descriptions of our services, engagement models and indicative outcomes on this site are for information only. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, a fixed price, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us first. Any actual scope, timeline and fee is agreed in a written statement of work.

All content on this site — including text, design, code, logos and the Inoviq name — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or systematically reproduce any part of it without our written permission.

Our booking page embeds Cal.com, and we may link to third-party websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
